The healing after the healing. 

The purpose of an insight coaching session is to provide support for processing the emotional and spiritual material that arises after the initial shamanic healing work.

It is important to keep in mind that an initial shamanic healing session is not—with rare exceptions—the end point on ones healing journey. It is most often a beginning. When the energetic imprints of old patterns are unearthed and the removal process begun, it can take time to release the energetic residue left behind. This residue can take the form of memories and/or emotions that need to be processed so they can be resolved and released.

Insight coaching provides a safe supportive container where that processing can occur. It can also be used as a place to gain clarity by sharing insights, triumphs, and newly emerging inspirations or dreams.

Sessions

Usually one or two sessions (one-hour in length).

In-person sessions can be booked through the Tummy Temple.

Remote sessions are also available and can be booked by contacting me directly.
